Previously Salon Visage, 606 Salon's name was chosen to represent everything that is Chicago and its burrows. We are 60647 and support and serve everyone that lives in a 606 zip code. 606 Salon is the same space, same service, same vibe that you have always loved coming to. We are relaxing and here for your every hair need.

Owner and Manager

Jackson Hixson is the new owner of 606 Salon. He has been working at this location for the last 4.5 years. Jackson grew up in the western suburbs of St. Charles and currently resides in the Bucktown/ Wickerpark neighborhood near the Salon. Hair wasn't Jacksons first love. He is a classically trained chef and went to Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. After college Jackson worked for Marriott Hotels in Baltimore and then fell into the technology recruiting/ HR world. Jackson trained at the Paul Mitchell School in Chicago and worked at varying salons in Chicago. When an opportunity presented itself to where he could have his own space he jumped on it. He was the sole stylist at Salon Visage and Day Spa in Bucktown and renamed it 606 Salon when he became owner in 2018.
